One Minute Cannabist was founded by southern California natives, Terry & Robbin Lynn. Their combined decades of experience in the industry working directly with medicinal cannabis patients and suppliers, paired with the clinical expertise of a registered nurse and veterinarian allow us to bring a unique and comprehensive view to the topic healthy cannabis use.

Robbin Lynn has spent the past decade specializing in helping people understand and navigate all the latest methods for realizing the maximum benefits cannabis has to offer.

She is a Certified Cannabis Specialist (CCS) and completes annual coursework in clinical cannabinoid medicine from the Society of Cannabis Clinicians. Robbin’s main expertise of the cannabis plant is from a biochemical point of view: what compounds are present and how they interact with the human endocannabinoid system. She is expert in CBD and highly skilled in cannabinoid therapies and products, their safe use and proper dosing and she is passionate about sharing that knowledge.

Through helping more than 5,000 people (most over the age of 50), she imparts cannabis knowledge in simple to understand terms to facilitate safe use for maximizing desired results. An educator at heart, Robbin challenges herself to learn something new every single day.

She is a member of the Society of Cannabis Clinicians, International Association for Cannabis as Medicine, American Cannabis Nurses Association, Association of Cannabis Professionals, Americans for Safe Access, NORML and Oceanside Advocates for Safe Access.

Prior to 2008, Robbin spent her career as a marketing executive building start-up technology businesses in San Diego county.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, flying with her son and curling up with her cat Joe to reading her favorite science fiction stories or the latest cannabinoid research.

Teri Polley is celebrating her 41st year as a RN and over 25 years as a Massage therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner. She is a member of the American Cannabis Nurses Association and received her Certificate of Completion in Cannabis Education from The Medical Cannabis Institute.

Teri has been providing guidance to patients who are interested in using cannabis as medicine to improve their overall health since 2017. Her clinical expertise, coupled with her passion for helping people through natural methods gives her a unique perspective from which to help others. Those with complex medical issues, concerned about drug interactions or who just prefer a more a more clinically guided approach to cannabis use will find her a refreshing alternative to traditional nursing.

Teri is married and lives in North San Diego County. For fun and relaxation she gardens, rides her e-bike and enjoys flat water paddle-boarding. She is mom to 3 French bulldogs and foster mom to one West Highland Terrier.

Dr. Mironchik-Frankenberg is a retired veterinarian with 15 years combined experience in small animal practice and shelter medicine. She is also a passionate cannabis advocate. She first discovered the world of medical cannabis during a long battle with a career-ending injury. After achieving her own impressive results, she began investigating how to spread the word to others in need. She has since immersed herself in the study of cannabis science and in 2016, became a certified cannabis specialist and consultant. Since then, she has helped educate countless others on the healing benefits of this miraculous plant.

She is devoted to lifelong learning and has earned her certificate of completion in the clinical cannabinoid medicine program through The Medical Cannabis Institute. She is a member of the Society of Cannabis Clinicians, the Association of Cannabis Professionals, the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Canadian Association of Veterinary Cannabinoid Medicine and the San Diego County Veterinary Medical Association. She is currently pursuing opportunities to help bridge the gap between the cannabis industry, human medical cannabis patients and the veterinary world.

When she is not speaking or consulting, she enjoys traveling, gardening, yoga, movies, gourmet cooking and spending time with her husband of 20 years, her 2 boys and her 2 shelter pups. Lastly, she prefers to be called “Beth”.
